We are happy to hold items up to maximum of 4 weeks so you don't miss out on that bargain or dream piece. Please send us a message prior purchase to let us know. All held items do have to be paid in full, and all items will then be packaged ready waiting for your delivery or collection.

Delivery by courier

We work with an established independent courier company which operate 2-man crews. Delivery is priced for a ground floor room of your choice and your item can be with you within 7 to 14 working days from order.

 We don't add the cost of delivery with your order as this will need to be paid separately by cash to the driver on the day. We will make all the arrangements and booking for you to which you will then hear directly from the courier company regarding delivery dates and times. 

If you have any special requests like certain day availability, Access issues, Parking requirements, hard to find location, anything that we can pass onto the couriers to help them, please let us know as this will help keep the delivery running smoothly.
